€STR (euro short-term rate) is a euro benchmark rate that the European Central Bank calculates and publishes every business day from the rates at which euro area banks borrow euros overnight without collateral. It is a trimmed mean that removes the top and bottom 25% of transactions by volume, published on the business day after the transactions.
